Pay a monthly fee based on your average number of employees. The rate does not change regardless of how many check runs you do, how many direct deposits you have, or how many deductions you require.

Additionally, if you pay for a year up front, we'll give you one month free, and we'll let you lock in your rate so that you don't pay more even if your business grows and you add employees or benefits.

Also, we're easy to deal with. If you have a seasonal upswing and employ more people, for example, in December, we'll keep your rate the same. We keep things simple!

• Nominal One Time Set Up Fee: $50 for 1-10 employees, $75 for more than 10.
• Low Monthly Rate: $50 for 1-2 employees, $75 for 3-5 employees, $100 for 6-10, $125 for 11-15, $150 for 16-20, call us for a quote for 20+.

Pay a year in full and get one month free, plus lock in your monthly rate. If your biz grows and adds employees, you don't pay more. This is easy budgeting and a great way to save money. You won't find anything comparable.

1.  We guarantee all of our services.

• If we make an error based on the information you provide, we will process any revisions, amended tax returns, etc, at no additional cost to you, until your issue is resolved.
• If you have resulting penalties and interest, we pay that too!

2.  If you find that you do not wish to continue with the services of Ithaca Payroll during the first 30 days of working with us, we will refund your monthly fee in full in addition to your set up costs.

3.  Finally, we protect your data and maintain its availability to you for 7 years, regardless of whether you are still working with you. We will always be cordial and available to you if you ever need your data forwarded to any entity. While your payroll data and reports are provided to you with each payroll, we'll still be happy to provide to you at any time in the future.
